Our Registered Dietitians offer individual consultations and assessments for a variety of conditions including but not limited to cancer diagnoses, gastrointestinal disorders, heart disease, diabetes, malnutrition, kidney disease, food allergies, and weight loss.
*Some insurance companies reimburse for one or more nutrition consultations with a covered nutrition-related medical diagnosis, deductibles and co-pays may apply. Please contact your insurance plan to inquire about the specific coverage for nutrition therapy. If your insurance plan does not cover nutrition consultations, we offer a discounted price for self-pay patients.
