Our department offers a complete line of diagnostic imaging services, including:

- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) (Including breast)

- DEXA – Bone Density
Imaging studies are interpreted by the board certified radiologists of McMinnville Imaging Associates, specialist physicians who use their expertise to diagnose with remarkable accuracy.

It is our goal for your scheduling and image request experiences to be simple, fast, and accurate. Please review the information below to help you prepare to schedule your exam or imaging records request.
To request a digital copy of your imaging studies, please call ahead, or simply stop by. Bring your photo ID, fill out a form at our front desk, and you will be on your way.
You may also request your images at the time of your exam.
For Outside Facilities:
A faxed request, on your company letterhead, is suggested for each routine imaging release. If you have an urgent request, please call is to expedite the request. Include all pertinent patient data, and where/how you would like to receive the information. We will mail CDs, but can also electronically push images to an increasing number of outside facilities. In most cases, we can fulfill your request in 1 business day. If you have an urgent request, please also give us a call, and we will process it immediately.
Sending Studies to Us:
You may mail CDs and reports to the address below. Also, we can accept digital transmission of studies directly into our PACS system, from participating facilities.
