Your First Visit
Our Cancer Center offers both radiation treatment and chemotherapy services for cancer patients as well as hematology services for patients with certain blood disorders. We understand how distressing a diagnosis of cancer can be. To help get you the answers you need, we collaborate with community partners so you can quickly meet with one of our specialists.
After we receive a referral from your doctor, our scheduling coordinator will give you a call. The coordinator will answer your questions and review the paperwork necessary for your first visit.
Please bring your:
- Identification
- Insurance card(s)
- List of current medications and any requested documents to your first visit.
It is also recommended to bring a list of questions you may have for the physician. If there is more paperwork to be done, we will help you complete that.
Your comfort and peace of mind are our highest priority. Please let us know if we can do anything to make you feel more comfortable during your visit.
The Cancer Center has its own entrance, behind the main hospital. Please park in the free parking lot near the entrance to the Cancer Center. Wheelchairs are available for use and can be found in our front lobby. Upon arrival, please check in at the front reception area.
