Willamette Valley Medical Center Leadership Appointments

We are pleased to announce four nursing leadership appointments within Willamette Valley Medical Center.

Beginning in July, two new nursing supervisors will start their positions supporting all units and elevating patient care. The main role of a nursing supervisor is to ensure patients receive adequate care coverage by coordinating staff while monitoring the flow of patients in and out of the hospital setting.

• Melissa Faubion, RN, BSN has been named the day-nursing supervisor.
• Kendra Stoneberg RN, BSN has been named the night-nursing supervisor.

In August, two nurses will begin their nursing supervisory positions overseeing operations in specific units of care. 

• Rachel Burwell, RN will be the surgical services nursing supervisor for the Operating Room (OR) and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).

• Kate Anderson, RN will be the surgical services nursing supervisor for Short Stay, Special Procedures Area (SPA), and Endoscopy (ENDO).
